Water that does not flow becomes a swamp. In a democracy, the ruling class is renewed peacefully. But Italy is not a democracy in fact. Italians are like mules with their feet firmly planted in the Middle Ages while all around them life flows.However, they want to be included in modern civilization. So someone learnt to talk like a Western citizens. These are not two different cultural levels: they are just two different ways of interacting of the same criminal people.
