Privacy violations
The issue of privacy protection is of fundamental importance to combat organized crime in Italy. The Italian criminal culture, excessively tolerated in Italy and continually expanding, involves submission to the bully without any reservations. So there is no limit to the invasiveness of bullies. The most degenerate and violent is also the one who decides on the privacy fragment of others. The passing of the baton from one generation of criminals to the next occurs precisely by teaching them to harass unfortunate people who are in the wrong place at the wrong time and to violate their privacy.
This is exactly the point. When the limit of privacy is crossed, it doesn’t matter whether someone have sufficient expository coherence that allows him to plausibly tell what he see.
Regardless, once that border is violated anyone can come in and take advantage of it. Exactly as would happen if the door of a shop was broken: anyone can enter and steal the goods.
As if that wasn’t enough, the same criminal culture requires you to take advantage of any opportunity to harm others: if you don’t take advantage of the situation before others, someone else, sooner or later, will take advantage of you. This is an axiom of criminal culture that is unfortunately learned through life experience. It is increasingly difficult to decide to go against the trend because, sooner or later, you will pay the price for this affront, personally or through a third party. These two cornerstones of criminal culture, blind submission to the bully and taking advantage of the situation, create an inexorable and precipitate vortex which is almost impossible to escape.
